MAIL ORDER

We offer mail order (we do not accept personal callers or orders via email) on all our items (Minimum order £7.50), please allow 28 days for delivery. We accept cheques (made payable to Ian Stoate Models) or most major credit cards (These will be billed under East Somerset Models), please use our Mail Order Form (PDF Format).

When ordering please state your Name, Address, and the Stock Code(s) for the item(s) you want, don't forget to add £2.50 P&P* (Special Delivery £5.50 - suggested on items orders over £50 and required for R-T-R locomotives); enclose a cheque/postal order or your Credit Card Number and Expiry Date (Remember the delivery address must be the same as the address of the cardholder and you must now give your home phone number and CVH number before we can process your order) then send your order to the address below.

If you are ordering R-T-R Locomotives/DMUs please check ordering details on the RTR Loco's page, please follow these instructions carefully. Note all R-T-R Locomotives will be sent Special Delivery at a cost of £5.50*.

International Orders

International Orders will only be accepted on the relevant Order Forms and using a valid Credit Card (No Cash/MO's/Cheques etc), P&P cost will be charged at actual cost to destination country.

Refunds and Returns

Please ensure that you order the correct items, any refunds for non-faulty goods must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. A 10% charge for Credit Card Transactions or £1.00 for refund via Cheque will be levied; refunds will only be given on the cost of goods - P&P will not be refunded.

Goods are guaranteed for 6 months and replacements during this period will be at our discretion upon inspection.
